Oil <br />2 tsp. Garlic, finely chopped <br />1 Green chilli, finely chopped <br />2 Spring onions, finely chopped <br />¼ cup Capsicum <br />¼ cup French bean <br />¼ cup Carrot, finely chopped <br />¼ cup Cabbage, finely chopped <br />1 cup Rice, 90% cooked <br />1 tsp. Green chilli sauce <br />½ tsp. Vinegar <br />1 tsp. Soy sauce <br />½ tsp. Salt <br />½ cube, vegetable stock powder <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, green chilli and spring onions in it. <br />- Add capsicum, french bean, carrot, cabbage and mix well on a high flame. <br />- Then add the rice, green chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and mix thoroughly. <br />- Add salt, vegetable stock cube and stir well. <br />- Now add spring greens and give it a final mix. <br /> <br />Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to eat!
